Terms for using Equine Travel Network.

Directory Use

Equine Travel Network provides information about possible horse lodging, fairgrounds, campgrounds, and select international equine travel stops. Listings are provided for convenience and may change without notice.

Submissions

By submitting a listing, photo, correction, or report, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and allow Equine Travel Network to review, edit, publish, decline, or remove it.

Content Ownership and Permitted Use

Original text, guides, graphics, photographs, and other protected content on this site belong to Equine Travel Network or their respective owners and licensors. Facility owners and photographers retain their rights in content they provide. Submitting content does not transfer ownership to Equine Travel Network, and these terms do not prevent you from using or sharing content you own or are independently authorized to use.

You may browse the site and save or print reasonable excerpts for your own travel planning, subject to any applicable access requirements. You may share links to public pages of this site. This permission does not include sharing private invitation links, verification codes, or account credentials.

No Unauthorized Scraping or Harvesting

Except as expressly permitted below or by applicable law, you may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, or other automated tools to extract or collect listings, descriptions, photographs, contact details, or other site content without prior written permission from Equine Travel Network. You may not systematically copy or harvest content manually or automatically to reproduce a substantial portion of the directory or build, populate, or update another directory, database, data feed, or commercial service without that permission. Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, or other measures that restrict access to or collection of site content.

Ordinary search engines may crawl publicly accessible pages for search indexing, consistent with our robots.txt directives and without bypassing access controls. This permission does not authorize bulk republication of the directory. These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary browser functionality or assistive technologies used to access the site.

No Unauthorized Republication

Except as authorized by the applicable rights holder or permitted by law, you may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, license, or display protected listing descriptions, guides, photographs, graphics, or other protected site content on another website, application, publication, or service. Providing attribution or a link back does not by itself grant permission to reproduce content.

These terms do not claim exclusive ownership of facts, public-domain material, or third-party content, and do not restrict fair use or other uses permitted by applicable law. A facility may independently provide its own information or authorized photos to other services. Requests to reuse Equine Travel Network content may be sent to info@horsemotelfinder.com; permission for third-party content must come from the relevant rights holder.

No Endorsement

Inclusion in the directory does not mean Equine Travel Network endorses, guarantees, inspects, or certifies a facility, service, owner, route, or listing.

Responsible Travel

You are responsible for confirming facility details, animal health needs, legal requirements, route safety, weather, rig condition, and emergency plans.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
